Summary
● The TimberHogs traveled to Joplin, Missouri today to face the Joplin Outlaws.
● The Outlaws scored three runs in the bottom of the second. They added another run in the
third to extend their lead to 4-0.
● Karsten Fidler started off the ‘Hogs’ offense in the fourth with a single to right field. The
TimberHogs loaded up the bases after two walks. Fidler reached home on a wild pitch, putting
the ‘Hogs on the board. Trent McGee then singled up the middle, scoring Corbin Montayne.
Charles Chatman then reached first on a fielder’s choice which brought in Alton Gatson. AJ
Smith doubled down the right field line, scoring Chatman.
● The Outlaws responded by plating nine runs in the bottom of the fourth.
● The ‘Hogs loaded up the bases in the fifth. Gatson reached on a fielder’s choice, scoring Gage
Goddard.
● The Outlaws scored three more in the fifth to extend their lead.
