Summary
● The TimberHogs faced the Texarkana Rhinos at George Dobson Field tonight.
● Carson Blakely got the start for the ‘Hogs, totalling five strikeouts.
● The TimberHogs loaded up the bases in the second inning and scored their first run off a
sacrifice fly from Cermodrick Bland. AJ Smith then singled, giving the ‘Hogs a 2-0 lead.
● The Rhinos responded by plating three runs in the bottom of the second. They extended their
lead to 6-2 in the third.
● Trent McGee came in to pitch for the TimberHogs and held the Rhinos scoreless for two
innings.

Chatman walked, and Noah Paddie followed with a single to center field. Bland then reached
on a fielder’s choice, scoring Fidler. Juan Murillo hit a shot into the left field gap, driving in
Chatman.
● Jake Johnson took over the mound in the bottom of the eighth and struck out two.
