Summary
● The TimberHogs faced the Joplin Outlaws again today for the final game of their week long
road trip.
● The Outlaws started off strong with a two-run first inning. They extended their lead to 3-0 in the
second.
● The ‘Hogs got on the board in the third inning when Juan Murillo doubled to center field,
scoring AJ Smith.
● The Outlaws responded by scoring two more runs, making the score 5-1.
● The TimberHogs loaded up the bases in the top of the fifth. Charles Chatman grounded out
but brought in Seishou Uchikoshi.
● The ‘Hogs plated two runs in the sixth inning. Lukas Hinze singled to right field, and Uchikoshi
walked. Alton Gatson then doubled to center field, scoring both.
● In the bottom of the sixth, the Outlaws responded by driving in three runs.
● Chatman started off the seventh inning with a double to left field. Murillo then doubled the
opposite way, bringing in Chatman.
● The Outlaws brought in seven runs in the bottom of the inning.
● The TimberHogs will return home Wednesday to face the Sherman Shadowcats.
